Estimate your district's price
District Resolve uses annual per-student pricing because that is how school budgets work. Start with the calculator, then we tune the quote for commitment length, integrations, and procurement needs.
Final pricing depends on commitment length, feature scope, and integrations. Multi-year contracts and Title I districts can qualify for additional discounts.

Funding and procurement
Pricing is only half the work. We prepare the budget language, security packet, and purchasing artifacts your team will ask for.
Procurement packet includes sample budget language for instructional technology and operations visibility.
We help districts document technology operations use cases where remaining grant reporting applies.
California districts can align implementation to site operations, service quality, and accountability goals.
Two- and three-year commitments can receive 5-10% discounts with price protection.
Security overview, accessibility notes, DPA, sample scope, and references are prepared for review.
We can support common public-sector purchasing paths and district-specific contract requirements.
Pricing FAQ
Yes. We lock pricing for the contract length. Enrollment changes during the school year do not change your bill.
We use total district enrollment at contract start. If your enrollment changes mid-year, the next renewal is where we revisit the number.
Implementation and migration are included for Standard and Enterprise plans. Small District pilots include guided setup and import templates.
Full product access for one site or pilot department, up to 50 users, sample imports, admin training, and a conversion path to production.
Many districts map operations software to approved technology, accountability, or service-improvement budgets. Your finance team should confirm local rules; our packet gives them a clean starting point.
We can import CSV exports from common help desk and work order tools, including historical IDs, categories, comments, and close dates when available.
One year is the default. Two- and three-year contracts are common for districts that want price protection and procurement simplicity.
Annual contracts renew unless cancelled before renewal. If you leave, we preserve your exportable data for 90 days and support a clean handoff.
